FOEN: New Annex VII and new notification contracts published

The FOEN has published the following on its website:
fillable Annex VII forms, Green List, in English, German, French and Italian, which comply with the new EU Waste Shipment Regulation applicable from 21 May 2026.
fillable model notification contracts, export, in English, German, French and Italian «The proposed wording is aimed at fulfilling the requirements of the disposal contract according to Annex 2 and the requirements arising from Article 5 of the Ordinance (EC) No. 1013/2006, respectively from Article 6 of the Ordinance (EU) No. 2024/1157.»
Comments on 1): Unfortunately, the required green waste shipment contract, which must also be concluded by 21 May 2026, has not been updated on the FOEN website. The version of the old EU Regulation 1013/2006 remains unchanged on the site.
Recycling Switzerland offers such new contracts in German and French on the intranet.
Comments on 2): Our project manager Manfred Eckert believes that the FOEN model contract does not comply with the new EU Regulation, as the minimum content required is missing. He hopes that this will not lead to difficulties in the notification procedure with EU authorities.
